Lost levels...again!

Question

I've waited 3 wks for levels to be restored on my Android mobile. Nothing happened (others' posts have had same thing). I figured, I try again - this time on Facebook. Lost. ..and yet, again - both mobile and FB. This is ridiculous. Even accrued coin purchases are lost. Is this actually going to be fixed?

This is still under investigation and our Game Studio is working hard on resolving this.
