After using the 5 lives, four times now I have clicked the balloon for 20 minutes of free play. The present box opens and indicates the 20 minutes but not once have I actually received it. Is there an issue?
I, too never receive the 20 minutes. I did notice that my silver and gold both reset to 0 instead of getting the award, but next time I log in, they have returned. Obviously a glitch that they don't care to fix.
Eight times so far i have received the hot air balloon and did not receive the offer.
