Farm Heroes Super saga will not load on PC-- yes- I have completed all the steps on your video-- did not solve the problem. Also on my mobile-- when I try to access my "messages" app closes. please, please solve this problem

Are the levels not loading in Facebook? This is something that's been reported to the game team but we do not have timelines for the investigation.
