Problem with my account

When I enter the game I Can no longer make progressi because instead of connecting ti my profile it keeps on spinning

Please let me know which version of the game you have installed. I'd also like to know which mobile device you are using as well as OS version.

Ok sorry to hear that, did you try the rest of the troubleshooting too? Clearing cache etc?

Yes, and anyway i Can not connect to my King profile anymore so i do not have any progress anymore

Although i did the last update, i still have not solved the problem

Ah I am sorry to hear that.

Can you try the troubleshooting here in this link, and if that doesn't work, I can pass you over to the moderating team. It should hopefully work though, sometimes the game just needs a virtual kick

Hi Dina, can you check the store for updates. We did have issues with connection which hopefully should be fixed now

I have not solved anything. The problem is still the same....the game no longer connects to my account
