Finding server

Question

Every few weeks my game starts trying to connect to the server but cannot find it. I cannot stop the proces. I can only remove the game from my iPad and restore it from the cloud. This means I lose all my saved helpthingies. What to do?

Sorry!  Forgot to mention earlier... if you have saved your game with Apple ID and then saved it to your iCloud account, you should not lose your saved boosters!!

But, I would suggest you to talk with the Apple Support team and make sure about it before you delete the game🍐

Which game are you playing?  Is it Farm Heroes Super Saga or some other game?

I need few clarifications please.... can you look what is the version of your iPad?  Also, I need to know the game App version you have installed right now.

Sometimes, having old software versions on our devices, and not installing latest App version, could cause issues to our game play!!  Hence, I need to know above details.
