PC/desktop level not updating.

I am playing Level 313 on my mobile. but the PC/desktop/facebook level finished at 295 and not updating for weeks. What should I do?

I think that's how it is. The game was out on mobile first so its like the Facebook version is secondary this time. The levels will be mobile first and then added to Facebook after it I guess.
