Why does farm heroes show no internet connection when my device is connected to the internet?

When I go to open the game the internet connection red circle (lower right hand corner) is crossed out and when I try to log in the no internet connection message is displayed, even tho my device is showing as clearly connected to the internet?

I have the same issue and have tried all the suggestion but still does not work. No response from King care as well..
