Well if it's up for the devs to come up with a solution, then it may never happen.Hey Everyone, this issue appears to be loading the cached or new information on loading a map. The game will get stuck on loading trying to download, and load all of the map components. I do not know if this is due to a specific server or only specific account levels. However, this is the JS XHR sends and receives after you get to the "Loading" portion. https://eden1.midasplayer.com/canvas/map.zip?_v=1be1ah3 - GET - 200https://edencanvas.king.com/rpc/ClientApi?_session=<SESSION ID>.2 - POST - 200 (I have removed the session ID as it has PII information) Those two will requests will continue to load as long as you have the screen open, along with a heartbeat response to ensure you're still actually on the page. This is a server/API based issue, and cannot be resolved on your end. Important note: For those that know how, please do not disable cache data use on your client or browser at this time. These responses are only a couple seconds apart, and it will attempt to download the map for the game over and over again. Map files are 8.15 MB's of data, and will add up to GB's of wasted data in minutes, which will chew though your data. While troubleshooting this, if cache data wasn't on, I would have used 6 GB's of data. Thankfully using cache data is on by default, and you'd have to disable it to cause this to happen. It will not resolve the issue and cost you lots of loss.
Hi, thank youperhaps my english is not good enough to understand everything but I have 3 browsers Safari, Firefox Quantum & Chrome on Mac OS 10.13.1 under High Sierra. It does'nt work on any of them. I empty cache, update and started again and not result. I play on my tablet. No good issue with my computer.Hi All,
Thank you for posting and commenting here on King Care.
I am sorry you all are experiencing this issue in Farm Heroes Super Saga.
There are a few steps I recommend you to try as they generally resolve all technical issues.
With this in mind I recommend that you first of all try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).
You can download them from the following links, always ensure you have the latest version:
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/upgrade.html
(windows only) https://www.microsoft.com/windows/microsoft-edge
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer.aspx (if you are using an older version than Windows10)
Now please visit the following link https://www.whatismybrowser.com for help in clarifying whether your browser is indeed all up to date.
If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.
You can also double-check on this page https://html5test.com if your browser will able to play the game. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.
I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.
Now make sure that you clear the cache regularly: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
Here is a useful video that will show you how to perform these steps:

I was on at least level 689 when the problem started. I played in the morning and then a couple hrs later was not able to load the game. I went to the site above to see if my browser was compatible and scored well above the minimum score needed. From what I can tell, the people who can no longer get the game to load are established players that have been playing the game for some time. We have commented that the game has not loaded for several different browsers for people who play on desktop computers. Thank you for responding, but I don't believe the problem is on our end.Hi All,

@Tony Mc
Hey Tony,
We have tried all the following steps, including reinstalling browsers. The following browsers I have tried are as follows:
Microsoft Edge: Microsoft Edge 40.15063.674.0
Mozilla Firefox: 57.0 (64-bit)
Google Chrome: 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)
All three result in the same loading screen after the initial loading.Using fiddler/wireshark I am able to determine that they reach the destination properly, however they have an issue validating and loading the map files that are downloaded from:
https://eden1.midasplayer.com/canvas/map.zip?_v=1be1ah3 - GET
The map files when downloaded seem to be complete and have full files and pictures needed to load the game properly. However, the game will continue to reach out to the server via
https://edencanvas.king.com/rpc/ClientApi?_session=.2 - POST (I have omitted the session ID to prevent giving out direct session information)
It will then retry to get the information and re"GET" the map files again. If I have cache information on, it will reuse the mapfiles from the cache, if I disable cache information it will redownload it from the website listed above.
I have also tested this on two other computers in our network. With exactly the same results, with various different HTML5 versions and computer makeup. All steps to be able to resolve this issue have failed from a users side, and must require inspection by application analyst, or web analyst to determine on why these sessions are failing to initiate.
If you have any difficulty in understanding what the cause for concern is, please feel free to reach out to me. Or pass it onto the application client to have it investigated. The information provided should be sufficient to determine the root cause of failure. If they do require the session ID for logging purposes to determine the point of failure in the logs, I can provide that as well.
Looking forward to hearing back, and thank you for continuing to look into this.
Sincerely,
Regasin
No doesnt work again under chrome loading....
Not for me either. No doesnt work again under chrome loading....
There are now 30 new levels available on iPad (levels 716-745), but Chrome is still stuck on "Loading...". For Opera, the levels map loads OK but the map doesn't show new levels at all (i.e. latest 715). And if you try to play any level, it then again stuck on "Loading...". Farm Heroes Super previously have frequent problems with loading new level maps and were ultimately fixed in a few weeks' time. Hope this is the case here and not King killing off the game on desktop, like other games (e.g. Diamond Digger).
Everything ok again with Firefox for OSx
Henry it's just not chrome, I use firefox and it won't load either.
