I created a ticket on this issue about a week ago and still nothing. I sent a screen recording of it. We can't play the game past this level.

I will report the issue to our Community In-charge, so that, they can report to the game Studio. But, we will have to wait till late Monday to receive an update, as they all are off for the weekend.

Farm hero super saga level 4711 you can't pass because you only get 8 butterflies but requires 9 butterflies. How do you get the 9th butterfly or is there a glitch in this level. Could have moved on to another several times if it wasn't for not getting that 9th butterfly.
