I have more levels available, but the game will not progress. The first time, I thought I must have missed something. This time I know I did not. Game is UTD and cache has been cleared.

Thank you. Apparently, third time IS the charm. It finally let me move on. I hated that level. Took me several days to pass it, and that was using boosters, a lot! lol
