i'm blocked at level 3753 and every time it's appear thig bug:
download and look this video.... please fix because this level with this bug it's unbeatable.

This happened to me too. It is not a certain levels only bug but a "floating" one that can happen on various levels.
What fixed it for me was none of the above. Instead, please try this — just login to your account on a 2nd phone or tablet. Beat the problem level on that, then go back to playing on your main device.

*Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
*Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
*Memory: Keep at least 2GB of free storage for smooth gameplay.
*Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
*Clear Cache:
🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
