Progress Farm Heroes Super Saga

I have a new iPad. I have an account with King. I have downloaded the Farm Heroes Super Saga but my progress has not been saved. How do I do this?

I am afraid this is how it works.

Progress is kept, bonuses (boosters) are not.

I do not know if you can ask King to move boosters to a new device?
Maybe someone else here knows.

Bonjour tout le monde, j'ai un gros problème, je n'arrive plus à récupérer mes niveaux 😭😭, j'ai fait la bêtise de créer un compte Facebook et de me connecter via le compte, et la tout c'est remis au début, j'étais au niveau 1556 je crois... Svp aidé moi, en tout cas merci beaucoup pour les réponses... 😊
