Hello,
The issue just recurred. I lost 2 gifts/lives from Farm Friends without the chance to even select to claim them. I had 5 lives, played and lost 2 levels. I exited the game to see if maybe I was wrong about what took place but I was not wrong. I really did lose the gifts/lives for no reason. Here are the screenshots.

The gifts/lives disappeared the same day they were given. This happened after I exited the game without playing any levels and opened the game later. They were gone. I had the gifts/lives on 3-2-26 and they vanished on 3-2-26 when they were supposed to be good for 7 days. By the way the gifts/lives should not have expired because it only the 6th day today. I never had the chance to use the lives at all.
Looks like they expired.
Which is by design & is perfectly fine. (so, quite possible no issue here to fix)

I play on Samsung Android phone. The gifts/lives were good for 7 days and I saved them because I was not ready to play when I opened the game and also had 5 full lives on the day this happened. I did not pay any attention to it the first time it occurred which was on 3-2-26 because I thought I may have selected "accept all" by mistake but then they disappeared the second time before I even had the chance to make use of them. I am not sure why but this is really strange. I have never encountered any problems with gifts/lives until now. Thank you.

This issue started a few days ago. I went into the game and had gifts/lives showing in the envelope but I did not select all to receive them because I still had 5 full lives. I closed the game and when I opened it again later to play, the gifts/lives are no longer showing. I have screenshots as proof. Can you please fix the problem? The gifts/lives will definitely be handy when they are needed.
