the internet connection problem persists

For over two months, I've been having trouble accessing the internet to purchase boosters. They say it's a known issue and they're working on a fix. But two months to fix a problem seems absurd to me...you're a bunch of incompetent people.

To get easier or even any help, it would really help if you told us specs of your device being used.
I..e. are you playing on iPhone, iPad or Android phone/tablet?

What exact device brand, model?
What iOS/iPadOS or Android OS version?

I can play the game fine (same account, logged in via Facebook) across 3 separate Android devices - Lenovo Android OS 14.0 tablet, Huawei Android OS 9.0 phone, new shiny Poco Android OS 16.0 phone.

So, I am guessing you are playing on iPhone and/or iPad, but my guess could be wrong?
