No Reward after completing quest in Farm Heroes Super Saga?

My Mom completed the quest and the animation shows that she got the reward. However, when she moves to the next level, her reward was not shown and it's zero.
Does anyone has this issue before? We use facebook and log into Farm Heroes Saga on Microsoft edge.

I'm doing it again as a precaution. Hope that something pisses for the players !!! It takes a long time.

What's up with Farm Super Heros? You collect the rewards and slowly they are withdrawn again. So what is that? It would be nice to get a decent answer here. Which is helpful to us players. What will become of all the rewards? Will we still get it?

My gadanks tell me it's just a help for the levels. That one should see it as tips, what is indicated as a reward. So, that you should do the levels better. It just can not be that. That could be done differently. So I see it as a waste of the players !!! I'm sorry!!!

I have no money for the sagas. 2 Sagas I've done over the years without money. I prefer to hang on for a while instead of spending a penny for something !!! By doing what you do, you become more and more dubious. For once there are no more answers. I see black for the future, for you. That's how you break the community. It started, with only one language in English.

Slowly I get the feeling that it's just a fun factor. It's been like this for a while and nothing happens. It does not work that we get all our rewards. I do not think so. Thus, you will lose players. Do not know what you have !!!

its still doing it on my pc even though im not on face book it seams a wast of time them putting it on if you cant use the rewards

I think they have just given up.They know are taking money and not rectifying a problem they have known about for months.

ich wollte mal fragen wenn das noch so geht der über den PC über die Seite Facebook bei dem Spiel Farm Heroes Super saga ich spiele über LAN das Heist meine Internet Verbindung funktioniert wunderbar spiele ja die ganze Zeit kaum soll ich eine Belohnung erhalten Steht da seid einer Woche , das keine Verbindung ist obwohl doch eine Verbindung ist so die Belohnung ist weg und ich kann weiter Spielen. Auch wenn man nicht bezahlt ist es sehr ärgerlich. Wem geht es auch so ?
