Not receiving quest rewards - Reported to the Studio! (This is now Fixed)!

I've spoken to Support and there seems to be an issue with this extra feature. The Studio is aware of this and is currently looking in to it so we do not have a timeframe for a fix.

If you keep an eye on this thread, I'll let you know as soon as I know more!

Unfortunately we are unable to replace any items that have not been received so this must be reported to our Player Support team here.

Please make sure you specify the feature/special event that did not pay out the rewards so Support can report this to the studio.

I played Super Farm Heros yesterday and collected my reward. Unfortunately, I didn't get it. I had denounced this a while ago.

Why is nothing being done about this?

And when do you get these rewards?

Not able to receive rewards after completing Quests is a known issue in the game! It was already reported to the King Studio and they are working hard to fix it as soon as possible

We request you to be patient until it is fixed and I will try to update you once the issue is resolved!

This has been happening to me also for about 3 wks. Only getting coins if I’m lucky, the other rewards just disappear. Very frustrating. Keep checking for updates that hopefully have the bug fixed but nothing yet. User ID 8257907529

This happened last week and than seemed to be working for a few days and now back to not working hope they fix this soon I don’t want to play if I’m missing all my rewards

I've got thé same problem. I didn't receive the coins after completing the games (more then 300) and i didn't get thé baskets and gloves after the challenges.

it is getting too uglily unbelievable. the problem has been informed to King since almost 3 weeks but it is still unsolved. for temporary action the quests for booster should have been deactivated, but they are nevertheless presented to be conquered, for what actually they are there!!!

It happened again just now.

this problem has been there since two weeks, this morning there was an app update (on iphone) and i thought the problem would have been solved. now it is even worse because i cannot even play the game. the play screen does not pop up, no matter how many i exited and restart the app.

Once again I completed several quests and only received the coins, not the boosters.

It may be close to 10 quests now that I haven't received any rewards. After reading some of the comments, it is true that only coins are rewarded but not the others. My latest completed quest involves 30 super cropsies. So, what's going on and how can this be fixed?

Once again I completed several quests and only received the coins, not the boosters.
