I'm not receiving lives either ……… Win10, Laptop. - If I request lives directly from a person, I might receive some, but requesting in the game itself , there's no lives to be found

I passed all the levels, but the door won't open, as it somehow did not register that I've finished the last level several times now.

@kiara_wael The gold chocolate box is really silly though. I'm struggeling through the levels 8000's and on the gold box, the last challenge is playing 20 unplayed levels!! and the reward on it is really not worth spending at least 50 gold bars to win 10. Maybe they can at least give more options on the last challenge?

At least you get ads even though maybe not regular enough...... On win10 platform, we don't have that luxury :(

At least you get to watch ads. No ads available on the win10 platform , which is very sad. It's almost like we are playing against ourselves mostly, because there is little to no way of winning levels on a first go

My team is baking the cake, but I don't have it? I see the points they collect on the counter, but that is it.... I'm going to miss out on all the boosters!!

why does frozen screens happen to "tech idiots" who are addicted to the game???? no fun. what am i supposed to do if i cant play?? android phone stuck on the claim reward ... switched it off, let it sit, nothing. still frozen help pleaseeeeee

@BID77 , i'm not even close to where you are, but i have the same complaint.... can't finish the chocolate box with a board like this, (6712 is a difficult one too, unless you have boosters, of course) and definitely can't reach the vault challenge.... i'm close to giving up the King games alltogether... :(

@PummyRaj , it's no use contacting King player support team, as they just send generic messages and refer back to this community. I gave up with them a long time ago Thanks for the reply.
