@ kiara_wael Definitely a glitch.... it suggests you move "empty blocks" and "circle blocks"?? Hopefully the CM can pass this on with the pictures.... Lost a few lives trying to play as i hoped it would correct itself after restarting the game.... no luck.

It seems like every single time they add a new feature or event, they mess with the lives...... now, this time, since they started the Gem hunt, my lives basically trickle in at one or 2 a day, although I send lives as requested...... sometimes 50 - 60 per game try.... I hope my friends get theirs, but where is mine???

@kiara_waelย , Thank you to all involved to fix the issue. It looks like I've got my lives back, and a constant supply of lives keep filling up my saved lives - all 200 is there and keep filling when I request and send lives. I hope it's the same for everyone else too.

@kiara_wael , it is almost weekend again, so nothing will change as per usual until maybe next week. I'm getting a max of about 3 lives a day!!!!!! My 200 saved lives are now down to 100, going down every time I request lives. This whole thing started when they added the "free booster" feature as well as the new "improved"โฆ

Hi @Yosca , I've now also sent a query to the helpdesk, and the reply I got is to cry about..... Needless to say, this issue is still not being looked at, and obviously the survey reply had a 1 rating (only because they took the time to reply) ha ha. (ps. I also have problems receiving lives from friends in CCS, but thatโฆ

the screen has a "accept all" option, and I always click on that, which means, it counts down all the lives sent, as well as all the lives received.

Maybe some Community Leader/Moderator/Manager can have a look at this and explain where the lives go that are sent out, since I don't receive much of anything......
