Hi you mentioned you installed a new game? Boosters are store locally on devices so reinstalling your game would removed them :( If it was not a reinstall and it logged onto a different account try logging out and then back in with your normal account

I can replicate the issue on android and have reported. Before update on second phone there is a timer after update no timer in quests. Should hear back soon. Clearing cache and reinstall does NOT fix.

@justina did you have this issues before updating last night? Is it Android or iOS tablet? Did you try clearing the cache? Is the Quest scroll missing or empty? Can you post a screenshot?
