No, no ticket number as far as I can see... I've had a bot response today (the same as the first time I did it) so I've just replied to that saying it doesn't help and please look into it ::smiley:

Thanks for the help and advice. I had some trouble getting my user ID as the instructions don't cover the Facebook desktop game so had to reinstall the app on my phone but I have now sent a ticket (again) and can only hope they don't direct me back here for the third time :) Sorry for the delay in response... sometimes…

I actually contacted support first, got a bot reply which didn't help and then replied to them that I needed more help. Their response was to come on here and ask. I will now go back and ask them again!

I have looked at that link previously but I don't see any option for playing on a laptop directly on Facebook! I only occasionally played on an Apple device, I mainly played on the Facebook desktop site on my laptop.

Yep, tried logging out and back in both on laptop and iPad and no difference :(
