I suggest we go to "Play Store" or Apple Play store and give King bad reviews. Maybe by fewer downloads and loss of players, their revenue would start declining. With their ratings in the toilet maybe they'd start to give a damn. Fewer players less revenue.

Evidently, King is not concerned about their players. All of us who are experiencing this problem, I'm sure we all have gone through the weak, non fixing procedures they ask us to try. It's sad they do not even communicate with us players stating they have a problem and are trying to fix the problem.

Well, after several weeks of NO help, I did get 1 (one) free life! Guess they're not too worried about us having problems!

This has been an issue that King refuses to address and fix. You keep getting the same old automated reply when you contact support.
