the game is not coming to an end and if you have an issue with the game we will of course try to help. Unfortunately predominantly the comments have been more complaints about how the studio should change things to the players liking and they cannot please everyone. There is only so many times we can repeat the same thing…

Unfortunately with you both it sounds like connection issues. It might be worth contacting player support from within the game and see if they can make any suggestions as its the weekend now, so no CMs will see this for a few days.
