Update: The issue has now been fixed, make sure that you have the latest version of the game and that you restart the game before trying again!

"Being Investigated" means that we have developers actively looking into it! So anything that can help the developers find it, like screenshots or videos along with your Player ID is super helpful! I hope that they're able to find it as soon as possible, and we'll update the thread once we know more about this issue.
