Hi there @Cbrough, Unfortunately we've had an issue related to an ad in Soda that appears for some players. The game studio is aware of this issue and are looking into this. To ensure that you get the best experience and avoid crashes, please make sure to check that you're on the latest version of the game and your device!

hi there @tfrantz2 and welcome to the forum! What level are you playing on? Usually you need to match candies so that new ones appear near the valves (where new candies drop in) eventually the bottles will spawn there. If you can tell us your specific level we can probably find a video showcasing this as well!
