Player Support will always restore the progress even when someone didn't have a registered account. Just write them and tell what level were you on and they restore it, making a new default account.

I think it is someone who plays without registered King account .That's why that person got a default name like "king***". When we create a King account we can change our name whatever we want. But how is it possible that person joined in September with thousands of passed levels🤔?

I agree. Candy Crush Saga became the least entertaining King game recently. I enjoy more Bubble Witch 3 or Candy Crush Soda
