All levels have been moved around by King, mostly within the same episode, so they have different numbers now. Check the videos of the other 14 levels in the same episode, and you will likely find the video that matches your board.

The people on the Top Contributors list are those who received multiple anniversary badges at once after logging in after years of inactivity to earn a lot of points. This has been going on week after week. The current system of determining top contributors is completely undermined by those anniversary badges.

A channel named 'Saga Fan' posts them, they have several. There are some other channels that post videos of every level they pass, with win streak boosters and whatever else it takes them to pass, including those special levels. But Saga Fan does them without boosters. They can be found by searching for 'Candy Crush 2025…
