I played level 6000 on 31 December 2019. This is the last Candy Crush Saga level I will ever play.

The reply you received does not make any sense to me either. This reply makes absolutely no sense. The Community Manager has already three days ago clearly stated that this is an intentional change and it will affect all players: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/271961/heads-up-game-issue-with-lives-is-going-to-be-fixed/p1

To add to Sukanta's message: In the specific board you give as an example, you can do the following matches: but you can't do this match: So you can match candies into the Crystal candies, but not out of the Crystal candies.

Thanks @icrushlikecrazy, that's really interesting. Maybe they indeed have made it easier to win and have made the reward smaller. I'm happy in any case!

Won it again this morning.. This is seriously weird. Is it happening to anyone else?
