I finally am able to advance. After searching online for tips/tricks on games not updating I found an article that suggested signing out of Apple App Store and that did it! Thanks again for your assistance.

Hello thank you once again for your assistance. I believe the issue is the game will not advance to next level. I’m using iPhone XR, software is up to date with iOS 16.6 and FHSS version 1.90.2.0 User ID is 1065107451

First of all thank you for the help, much appreciated. I noticed that when I finished episode 5202 the menu popped up and it looks like the bonus rewards are carried over. Strange. I am using iPhone XR not sure of ID. Thank you

I believe that I had 4 out of 5. Episode records menu will not appear unless I play the last game again.

Hello no luck signed out and signed in, it took me back to game 1 and scrolled back to 5170…. Nothing :(

No it hasn’t cleared, played ok for 1 day now extra life ad pops up and whether you play or pass on it, you go nowhere and unable to play it.
