There's been some issues for some with the game failing to open on the current level you're on, but even though it loads in the wrong place the completed levels are still recognised and can still go up the saga, is that not the case for you?

So you just reopened the game, didn't update or reinstall or anything?

What are you connecting to, a Facebook or Kingdom account?

What if you run your finger down from the top of your screen, does the back button not come up then?

As long as you actively connected your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. If you did, when you reconnect to that account in the game again, the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up. What do you connect to anyway, Facebook or Kingdom?

You need to do that in your account settings. How did you lose access to your former email, was it for work or something?

'turning it off and on again" is only good if you've done troubleshooting, if you have done any then yes, its pointless. What troubleshooting have you already done?
