Reinstalling wipes everything that isn't synced and the only things that sync are gold and progress. If you purchased those unlimited lives you can probably claim them back, there will be a link you can use in the receipt. It's what I did when I lost my phone and got my purchases credited back to me.

If it's FB relate then I'd go through the suggested steps given here first: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios Only receiving beans usually happens when you have a full set of lives already, if it's happening when you don't though then there might be a problem.

Have you checked the Play Store yet? There should be a new update out with 20 more levels.

There have been some issues with some older devices not being able to cope with some of the updates that came out before the end of the year. There's been loads of post on it and looks like they're working on it. Might still be an idea to go through the recommended troubleshooting if you haven't done so…

If you're laptop run Windows 10 then go to the Windows store and download the game app instead, much smoother than running through a browser. If you don't have W10 though try going through the other steps given here that you haven't gone through to see if there's any…

It doesn't matter wherever you remove the game from Facebook or uninstall the game from your device, your progress is saved and synced to a server and does not get deleted. You'll need a moderators help with this.

It looks like it's a working progress at the moment so may need to hold out for the next update and see then.
