If you have the Facebook app installed, log out of it. Next, go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. Connect your game to either Facebook or Kingdom, your progress will be saved and synced to it. When you reconnect to that account in the game again (from any device), the progress from the point where it was last synced will come up.

On the saga map, does your level 2060 appears completed with 2 on it or does it still appear as uncompleted?

Where's the message coming from, is it an in-game itself or is it from your tablet OS?

The current version of level 1176 gives everyone the same amount of moves, 20. The level was most likely changed since the videos you watched were recorded.
