Hello! thank you for helping. I did what you asked: deleted cache in safari and rebooted. Afterwards I lost 3 games and then the fourth game froze. -Veronica

I am glad and very sad to know I am not the only person having this issue.

This is an example of the “freeze”. The animals still blink, but I can not move anything and nothing drops. I have to quit the app all together. When I restart the app, I am at the Home Screen and have to start a brand new game.
