Why did you mark it as not helpful @maryb.3 ? Bake a Cake will start on Thursday and it’s closed now. If you click the Teams icon you should see this: Do you see the Teams icon? Looking at your screenshotI don’t see levels, Activities etc. Maybe you can elaborate a bit more.

Hi @Godsgirl1 Sorry to hear this! When viewing the ads, make sure that you don't close the ad before it ends as it may cause problems like freeze, black screen, etc. Also check if your Internet connectivity is stable and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage.
