  • Please could you check you have the latest version of the game installed, which is update 1.318.0.1 If this is the update you play and you still see this error please come back to us. Which device are you playing on? You should see a "lucky pass" though at the moment I cannot verify if this is still so this morning.

  • Please check that your game is updated to the latest version. You are right that this level is broken, but players should see an automatic pass to get past it without playing any moves:

  • In my experience every player should see the daily stamp. It is an event every player gets I think and I do see it in all my accounts. It should show up once every day after you play a new level. Are you sure you are connected to the internet and to King's server? If in doubt close and reload the app and play a new level.…
