@Lady_Choo , I don't mean literally kills it. I mean if I don't keep my power plug in my battery needs charged really quick while playing. 🙂

@dianakotori , I think it's the game. It makes my laptop hot and my phone(that I rarely play on) also kills my battery. I have to keep my power cord plugged in while playing.

@Lynette , It's happening to me too and I don't play through FB..I usually always have someone to help and I'm getting no requests . When I do help someone I get this message also.

@einersch When you first go to the game you will see a button on right corner (2nd photo) click on that. It should then take you to settings..you can see in my first photo that I clicked on the music note..I don't have mine on either. Hope that helps?

Thank you!! I was wondering what's going on. Every time I help someone that message comes up . Also, I'm not getting many requests to help others the past couple of days. Normally, I always have someone to help. I enjoy doing this in between episodes to keep me playing.
