"Oops something went wrong" message

When will this problem be fixed? I used to enjoy this game but now without the challenges it is not as much fun.

@Lynette , It's happening to me too and I don't play through FB..I usually always have someone to help and I'm getting no requests . When I do help someone I get this message also.

I'm not sure if this will help but in my experience this message appears when facebook cannot connect to your friends list to get the game help.

It usually happens when fb has had an update.

Try the instructions below:

Go to your facebook app settings (linked below)

1. Make sure your game is set to 'active'

2. Click 'view and edit' for the game to make sure it has access to your friends list.

3. Scroll down the linked page to your Preferences

Make sure both 'Apps, websites and games' and 'Game and app notifications' are turned ON

Thank you!! I was wondering what's going on. Every time I help someone that message comes up . Also, I'm not getting many requests to help others the past couple of days. Normally, I always have someone to help. I enjoy doing this in between episodes to keep me playing.
