go to settings delete game clear all cache and then reload game it worked for me . I am still on thee level I was ..did not lose anything. hope it works for you.

Yes.. after 2 weeks finally in. was told to go to settings and delete game .. clear all your cache and then find game and reload. you will not lose what level you were on etc. It worked for me hope it works for others in order to play.
