A new creature has found its way into Pet Rescue Puzzle Saga, but it's not something you'll want to rescue!
The Vine Villain will enter the game and cause trouble for you in your game, so you must untangle it
In the game minimap (shown above) the Vine Villain will appear after you completed the first two levels. You can track the level it will appear on in the progress bar right under the game map.
When the Vine Villain infiltrates a level, you'll see it's creeping vines appear at the top sides of the game board as it tries to wrap its vines around random game blocks.
To clear the vines you'll need to blast them with a Pinata Bomb or a Line Blaster. Until the vine has been removed you cannot match or clear the entangled block.
How do I defeat the Villain? The Vine Villain is a tough weed to remove. So you and your team of players will fight it together! You can see your randomly chosen team-members at the top of the game-board when you play.
Working together you and your team will clear as many blocks as possible to tackle the Vine Villain. As you play and clear game-blocks, the power bar shown beneath your team will fill up. When the bar is full, your team will make a strike against the Vine Villain, and its energy will be reduced. Keep clearing blocks, re-fill the bar and keep making your strikes until the Vine Villain is defeated.
After completing a level against the Villain, you will receive an update on how much overall damage you have achieved. At the top of the same page, you'll see how much energy the Vine Villain has remaining. (see below)
When the Vine Villain's energy bar reaches zero, it's defeated. The victory over this infestation is finally yours! Hitting zero energy means also that the Villain will explode and clear the whole game board.
When victory has been achieved and the Vine Villain is defeated, it will be absent from your game until the next episode of 20 levels starts.
