Level 4 weather challenge, how do I remove the electrical boxes, I can't work out how to rescue the pets. Thanks

The electric boxes are supposed to be removed with the rocket booster that you build up within the level. You can only remove them though, if they have NO MESH on them at the time. The trick is to not activate the electric blocks until you have a booster waiting...Here is an example:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X00SCkgHf88
