Sometimes I can play a level or 2 then it just stops, no message, it does not freeze it just does nothing and the only thing I can do is refresh the page, will not even let me go back. I have asked for help over and over and have not gotten one single reply. Same issue on my daughters account, was able to play level 1 then nothing. Please let me know if there is something I can do to fix this issue.
