Despite requesting help for 3 weeks plus, i can't get my next level unlocked

Been sent blockbusters and coins but no help unlocking. I've also received requests to help others unlock which i've helped out. Can't believe that NOBODY can help after 3 weeks!!!!!!

What are you playing on, mobile, facebook, king.com? I recommend synchronizing with king.com and getting the help from there. That normally works for me.
