I was on level 891 and connected to Facebook by accident and have lost all my progress, I tried to disconnect but it didn't help! What can I do!?
I think you will need to turn off your phone and wait 10 mins (for the cache to clear) and then start it up and open the game. Were you connected to Kingdom previously? If so, just log in again and your levels should return.

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
