How to get past road block?

I am stuck at a road block and have been for nearly a month now. I have asked friends for help but it only shows one that has helped. How do I get past this without friends helping? Other games let you move on after so long, why doesn't this one?

I've been watching the countdown of days left for January petopia. Yesterday (Sunday) and Saturday said one day left. But today is Monday, and it still says one day left. How do I get rid of petopia so I can play the last three weeks of pet rescue?

stuck here for 2 days now it mad cannot complete does it need a fix. Help please
Petopia not letting me dig up treasure after level 75
I keep getting hats and hats and hats after hundreds of levels with new chests popping up all over the map. It is NOT giving the option to "dig up treasure."
