pet rescue saga suddenly stops showing the message "duplicate tabs"

not any other browser in use (i have windows.10 and firefox 5.4). Why this happens and how can i fix it in my laptop?

    Hi thanks for writing to King Care.  Could it be that you also have the Pet Rescue Saga app on a mobile device?  If the app is periodically checking for notifications it could be causing this.  It would still be a problem that needs fixing - but would be good to narrow down why it is occurring.

    I get the message open on multiple tabs. I have shut down my lap top I have removed game from my Kindle and still getting message.
