I lost all boosters after reinstalling game on my iPhone. I had several hundred of some of the boosters. That’s hundreds of hours of gameplay & work to earn them. Not happy at all

Hi Carroll and Tanya, we are working on making the forum better but it WAS easter weekend so staff were light and we are trying to help out. Which as a volunteer is great because if I was working and getting paid it would be office hours not lunchtime till 2am several days in a row

The other option as well, if you searched the questions or looked in some of the answered questions you can often find the answers you need. 

Boosters do not carry over but I am going to give you a link to explain why as its all written in another post

Carroll, same thing happened to me as well. This support forum is not the greatest to find and get help. I still retained all my silver coins, gold bars, and progress, but lost all my boosters.
