critter carnival

I received the 5 free tickets but it won't let me click the first level to play.  Do I need more than that to play the first level or is my game glitched? It doesn't even show up on the facebook game so I can see if its an issue on my phone app.

Hi thanks for your patience. Lynette says can you play any of the critter levels? They don't have to be in order, so if the first doesn't work, try another. 

If you can't, try the troubleshooting here and if that doesn't work, I can report it to the team as a glitch

Hi Dhampir1972, 

It won't show on Facebook as far as I know its just a mobile game.

As to the other part, I am going to pass this on to one of my co-superstars as she plays it and knows as much as there is to know about it lol.
