When I ask a question for help and it shows SOLVED when the answers are either suggestions which did not work or just comments ....WHY IS THAT?

Hi Leslie, usually only the poster can mark it as solved. Did you by any chance get an email from the King bot asking if it helped? Sometimes people click on links and it marks it as solved when its not, but don't worry, if the problem hasn't been sorted, it doesn't mean its closed and cannot be responded to

This only showed as solved a little while ago for me, unless it said that in an email and that's just the way its worded?
They do give answers, just sometimes they need to be reported to the studio. The site is not very user friendly and they are developing a new site (you may have seen the pop up) but that wasn't working properly. I think there is a questionaire somewhere about ideas of how to improve it...let me find it for you
