Trying to save/create account

Not enabling me to save my account information. Either on Facebook, keeps telling me to retry. Also where I need to go to set up "Account" is shaded out? Can not click on it? All my information...passwords...system updates, etc...have been done. Everything is synced correctly. Nothing has wk'd. At level 815 now. This happend last time & was even at higher level, when I updated my phone. Had saved my info, was unable to retrieve it. Lost everything...Extremely frustrated! Looking to get a new phone...again. Need this issue corrected.

Just to recap to make sure I understand everything correctly.

You have all your levels on a mobile device but connecting the game to Facebook gives an error?

Sounds like something is blocking the connection. I suggest you start with the troubleshooting steps on this thread:
