Been playing pet rescue for ages and was on level 986 but lost the levels

My daughter has lost her levels as her sister wanted to learn my older daughter would not let her on her levels so she opened one on Face. Book for her which went to level one but now my older daughter who is in a wheel chair and this is joy to play has lost her levels how can I get it back for her please she's worked so hard to get to level 986 please hope you can get them back for her thank you very much
