Today it opened new phases and I'm in the group that opens every 2 weeks. It only had 15 phases and my sister is in the 1 week group opened for her 2 times today. We had a competition now I'm stopped in phase 2517 and she passed the 2544.To thinking this is an antics. I do not feel like playing anymore, I'm not going to get in touch with you any more, because what I was told does not work. I think you got lost and became a mess

Hi @lucianajove, thank you for posting here in the community.  I do not play this game but I didn't want you to think that no one reads what you write.  I can empathize with you and feel your frustration.  Have you started playing Pet Rescue Puzzle Saga yet?  Perhaps you can play that game until this game gives you the new levels.
